SAFETY. QUALITY. PRODUCTION.
The TEAM the TEAM the TEAM! What an incredible second season as
EMPLOYEE OWNERS! I want to personally THANK each and every
OWNER for their contribution to another successful season.
The TEAM has successfully completed the Grandview Parkway project,
the largest project in Team Elmer’s history. It is a historic project which
will serve northwest Michigan for many decades. It took a heroic effort
by all associated within the following divisions: safety, equipment, dirt,
aggregate, concrete and asphalt.
Several dirt crews spent the entire season on the project and did an
amazing job. The project management team was also amazing and
were constantly pressed to stay ahead of the dirt crews and
subcontractors.
From The CEO
I truly believe there wasn’t another contractor in the state of Michigan
that could have accomplished what we did.
The Hillman and Petoskey divisions were also rocking it all season
long. They had a tremendous season working from Sault Ste Marie to
Grayling and from Boyne City to Alpena.
They also have significant work on books for the 2025 season.
As we look into the 2025 season, we see another strong year ahead of
us with many opportunities. We need to remain focused on the basics:
SAFETY. QUALITY. PRODUCTION.
May everyone have a joyous and prosperous 2025!
-Todd C.

ThE Mt. Pleasant Concrete Crew owned it by showing up at 3AM on a Sunday, tackling a
920-yard gas station parking lot pour ahead of the weather, and getting the job done right!
Special shout-out to those who volunteered from Tri Cities and White Cloud —
your commitment to getting it done, no matter the time or the challenge, is what sets us
apart. This is how we own it — with teamwork, grit, and dedication to excellence.

After a long night plowing During the 4 Day snow storm,
Craig Thompson was about to finally pull in his driveway to rest
when he stopped to help a stranded driver, Kevin Bramble.
Grateful, Kevin wanted to thank Craig with a gift, so he searched the
neighborhood for an Elmer’s truck and called us for help locate him
and told us A story about him stopping to help him when he was on
the side of the road in need. True kindness, selflessness, and
community — that’s how we own it. You rock, craig!
